Make sure to select the right number when booking! ✨ Intimate Gatherings Only - Cozy family gatherings or quiet dinners are welcome with up to 8 people total (including kids), but please no large parties or loud music. ✨ Parking - Up to 4 cars are welcome in the driveway. Please carpool if you’re bringing more. Note: No parking on neighboring lawns, across the street, or blocking driveways. ✨ Security - Please keep our magical Ring doorbell camera unblocked so we can maintain security for everyone’s peace of mind. $400 fee will be charged to guests found in violation of these terms. ✨ Outdoor Spaces - Kindly return BBQ items to their designated area after use. Excessive cleaning or missing items will have additional charges, so we can keep things enjoyable for everyone. ✨ BBQ Grill - Cover and clean the BBQ after use, including proper ash disposal, to avoid a $35 cleaning fee. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Options - Early check-in ($25/hr) and late checkout ($50/hr) are available by request. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Note: The owner or trusted helpers may need to enter the property occasionally for maintenance, always with prior notice. Landscapers and pest control might visit the grounds through side gates without prior notice.
